My grandson and I interviewed Nick as a possible real estate agent for the sale of my home. Nick responded quickly to all of our questions, every time! The biggest help was his research on comparable homes so we could know how to price it. Getting the price right makes all the difference in the world. His photographer was outstanding! Also, it was important to us to take the pictures on a sunny day and he changed his schedule so he could be there on the perfect day. The drone pics were especially good. We think Nick reached a lot of people very quickly with his excellent video on several platforms. Even his white wooden sign is pretty in the yard! But the icing on the cake was the inspector and maid service that Nick's company offered. It helped so much! It was nice not to have any surprises at closing time knowing the house was already inspected. Nick is very pleasant and professional to work with. We are very thankful for all the work he and his team did for us. Our house had several offers within 24 hours and Nick gave us wise advice on which to accept.
