Joel, Nick, and their entire team were absolutely incredible. We moved from Dallas, Texas to Huntsville without knowing anyone or anything about the Huntsville area. The first weekend we came in town Joel and Nick spent two days driving us around showing us all the areas in the Huntsville. They were extremely knowledgable and understanding of what we needed for our large family, and by the end of it all we found the perfect home in the ideal location! We werent able to be in town for a lot of things and they took control over it all and made sure things got done. Would highly recommend this group for all your realtor needs ❤️

My grandson and I interviewed Nick as a possible real estate agent for the sale of my home. I remember my grandson and I talking it over later and both agreeing that Nick was the right agent to list my home. It was the right decision. He listened to my desires, was patient when I moved slowly in responding to offers, gave his opinions when appropriate and in the end helped me make the right decision. I highly recommend Nick for a large, complex house like mine that is not easy to move.

Nick responded quickly to all of our questions, every time! The biggest help was his research on comparable homes so we could know how to price it. Getting the price right makes all the difference in the world. His photographer was outstanding! Also, it was important to us to take the pictures on a sunny day and he changed his schedule so he could be there on the perfect day. The drone pics were especially good. We think Nick reached a lot of people very quickly with his excellent video on several platforms. Even his white wooden sign is pretty in the yard! But the icing on the cake was the inspector and maid service that Nick's company offered. It helped so much! It was nice not to have any surprises at closing time knowing the house was already inspected. Nick is very pleasant and professional to work with. We are very thankful for all the work he and his team did for us. Our house had several offers within 24 hours and Nick gave us wise advice on which to accept. We are very thankful to Nick and his team!
